Vocab 101 7V

If you were look up in the dictionary what the word failure meant, it would say something along the lines of proving unsuccessful.  This past week however, we learned that failure is something that is okay to do.  Failure can lead to success.  It now bothers me that the definition and how society perceives failure, has a negative connotation.   We need to start accepting failure so more people can learn from it. 

When I have children of my own someday, I will instill that failure is not something that is always bad.  This will give them better self esteem and self worth.  Failure is the best teacher. 

Insolvency: bankrupt. This word is important because you always have to live within your means.  If you get too far over your head, it’s so hard to get out.

Logjams: any blockage or massive accumulation.  This word is important because there is always going to be that massive amount of homework that you have to get done, but you have to balance it with a social life.
