Channeling Energy 3B

Baking generally comes naturally to me because I have been doing it from such a young age. Throughout the years, I have been watching my family and realized that I want to be just like them when I am older. When I bake it feels like I am in a whole different world. By altering my state of mind completely, baking helps to separate me from my stresses in my life. Baking provides me the opportunity to express myself. I’m always up for a challenge, and the best part is that if I fail; I just try until I get it right. I get a thrill out of baking treats for my family and friends. I am always trying to find new recipes and occasions to bake for. I can apply baking to my academic career by putting in my maximum amount of effort that I can into my studies.
Every time you make something, you have a bunch of different ingredients and if put together correctly, you are able to make something amazing.  Starting from nothing and creating something for others that makes them happy, makes me happy.  Baking takes time.  There’s preparation involved, the actual baking and then the cooling of the baked good.  It takes a lot of planning in order to create something to share with others.
Time management is extremely important.  In my life, I have always had my time organized, and in college no one is here to organize my time for me.  In school, I am not used to preparing for a class and doing much after class but like baking, I am going to start doing a little more preparing and going over things after class.  Baking requires planning and for school, I am going to start planning out my time better so I have the proper time for each class.  I am going to start channeling my passion for baking and making others happy into my school work so I can succeed.
