Investment 14V

Investment:  The word investment has the word invest in it, which means to use, give, or devote (time, talent, etc.), as for a purpose or to achieve something.  Investment basically means the same thing.  It means to take the time and energy and put it into one specific thing making something worth it.  One thing I am investing in is my future.  I am doing this by going to college and bettering myself as a person. These days a lot of people invest too much time into work and not enough time into their families and friends.
Two words I learned this week are:
Consummate: complete, total, and supremely good

Jaundiced: cynical; pessimistic
